The Congress for Family Gathering

Been the the Congress once before during lunch time. Buffet style salad bar and noodle bar. The view was amazing and the food selection generous.
The Congress daytime view
Salad with tuna, anchovies, olives, capers and other goodies

My uncle chose the Congress for our Mid-Autumn family gathering last night. We had a secluded room to ourselves, a massive table for the six of us. Even though it was buffet style, we had a sashimi and a seafood platter to kick start our evening. The dinner buffet food selection was even better, and the waiters never stopped topping up popular items (oysters, crab legs etc etc). The desserts were all in bite size so it's possible to try everything without filling your stomach up too quickly.
